“One side of the city to the other I will travel”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 31 May 2014

Everyone seems to have ''the best'' curry house next to them. I have a problem is my favourite curry house is on the other side of the city to me but I am always prepared to travel the distance to get a great curry :)

The food is of a good quality and good value for money. On my last trip I ordered 3 meal deals which was made up of Lamb Madras, Lamb Massalla, Lamb Kashmiri, Sag Bhajee, Vegetable curry, Sag Aloo, Peshwari nan, Keema nan, Pilau Rice Pappadums and Onion salads all for £26.85.

Very Happy and looking forward to my next pay day curry with Spice Tree

“Worst takeaway curry and slow delivery.”
1 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 11 May 2014

We ordered a lamb madras and king prawn puri and when it did eventually arrive after having to chase it up, it was quite honestly inedible!
The puri was almost liquid and the sauce looked as though it had been spooned from the madras sauce with about three prawns battered and split up to make them appear more plentiful. Total rip off.
The madras had barely any meat and was watery and tasteless.
In their defence when I rang to complain the man on the end of the phone did not quibble and offered a refund immediately and I got the impression he was aware of the poor quality of the food.
I would never order from here again.
