Stay was not a problem but 2 weeks after staying we received a £90 parking fine from a private parking company for not paying for parking. Phones the hotel who have now sorted it without a problem so all is well but please make sure you provide your car registration details to reception upon arrival to avoid having to sort this out at a later date. Staff were very helpful at sorting the problem out and now just waiting for the letter to confirm the fine has been cancelled!!

I stayed here overnight with my boyfriend and we both had an enjoyable stay. The room was spacious, clean, good shower and the staff we met were very friendly and accomodating - considering the room was £29 it was great value for money! Would stay again

I do hope you signed up to our Wyndham Rewards loyalty scheme to earn points towards, among other things, free night stays or airline points. You also receive a free snack pack every time you stay! If you didn't, you can do so online, or next time you visit!

Our stay at the Days Inn was memorable unfortunately for the wrong reasons. Firstly they got our booked room mixed up, which wasn't overly inconvenient but still a hassle. After our first morning we decided to go for breakfast to the nearby cafe which was fine, however on return we found that our key would no longer work to open our door. We had to wait for nearly 2 hours before someone would show up at reception as it was totally vacant. We tried calling, buzzing, phoning contact numbers of management and we got no response, so we spent nearly 2 long frustrating hours in the lobby. When someone finally arrived we were told she didn't work there but oversaw management. She did not once apologise for the inconvenience, and did not admit a fault of the lock even though she could not open the door. She was incredibly rude and showed no empathy for the situation. If we hadn't paid upfront for 3 nights I would have demanded a refund. Coincidently the following morning on departure there was no hot water.

The one shining light was a gentleman by the name of Paul who obviously worked part time who was absolutely fantastic. He apologised on behalf of management and was a delight to speak to.

Unfortunately this will not be enough to see my partner and I ever return!

Excellent value. Brilliant service from Monika before we arrived. But.... We arrived after a horrendous journey checked in and then attempted to leave the hotel to get something to eat. Couldn't get out of the door as the porch was full of people smoking and swearing loudly. Even worse when we tried to get back in..... smoking, swearing and peeing up against the hotel wall. Not an ideal situation for a woman and a child travelling on their own. Mentioned this to the receptionist but got no reaction at all. Days Inn you have loads of CCTV cameras at the entrance to the hotel - view the footage and decide for yourself if that is what you want your guests to go through. The only way we got back in to the hotel was when one of the people in the group realised we couldn't get past. On top of this we got woken at 04.20 am by one of the "clubbers" knocking on a door trying to get back in and again at 7.40 am when a member of staff let themselves in to our room. Enforce a no smoking rule at the entrance and we will return but if you don't I'm afraid we won't. It's up to you to decide what sort of customers you want.

the staff were very helpful ,we are a family of 4 stayed for just £29.00 per room per night, room was clean a no frills hotel but very comfortable all the same , also parking was included in the price , would definately stay here again.
