“Excellent value and really quiet - lovely sleep quality”

Great to get an inexpensive hotel meeting expectations. The room was clean and beds comfy. We had a roll out for our daughter who had no problem at all. If fact she slept from early eve to the next morning.
I ate at the attached restaurant and had a lovely meal which was very good value and very well cooked.

Room Tip: We had room 12 but I think any room would be okay as the windows are double glazed with plenty of ro...

Second stay here before flying out of Southampton airport. The hotel is excellent if you have an early morning flight. Its clean, comfortable and really well insulated against noise. We were in a room next to the road which i wouldn't have heard at all if i hadn't opened the window for air. So put the chiller unit on and had a really good nights sleep.
The reception staff are really friendly and check in was dealt with promptly.
The only disappointment this time was the food. Last year we had a really nice meal, this year i wish i hadn't bothered. Next time we will get the train into Southampton. Its only one stop. The Mayflower theatre is right by that stop so easy to get back to after a show.
I wouldn't hesitate in staying here again but i certainly won't eat there.
It really is just a five minute stroll to the airport.

Well up to Premier inn standards with comfortable rooms and giant beds. The evening meal in the restaurant was very good we went with the £22 a head meal deal which gave us a good choice on the menu for three courses plus a drink of wine beer or a soft drink. This deal also gives a full English breakfast all included in the £22 very good value for money. The breakfast is buffet style this is OK as long as its kept topped up unfortunately this was not being done.Apart from this a good place to stay for either the airport or Southampton .

Very courteous and efficient check in staff.
Considering location the room was very quiet due to secondary glazing
Nice clean room
Due to early start had the grab and go breakfast which was good value
Handy location M27/M3
Building not pretty but don't judge a book by it's cover.
i parked okay but car park was full by the end of the afternoon.

Room Tip: Had room facing road and Airport but still very quiet

Lovely hotel, amazing so quiet even though next to an airport. The extra bed was a mattress on the floor though! But the room was lovely and clean and good value for money. I wouldn't recommend the restaurant. So many staff and the service was so slow, and the food was ... edible. We ordered a side of chips, which we received before wed even had starters. Breakfast was a nightmare, Barely anything was replenished and it if was it was gone within seconds, all the coffee cups were being used ( It wasn't even busy). Would be good value for money if you actually found anything to eat!

What an ugly (new-ish) building! But for a such cheap conveniently placed overnight stay, it really is very well planned with clean decently equipped rooms. Also, on both of our recent stays, the staff couldn't have been more helpful. Great value for money. Just one criticism. They own Costa Coffee and can't produce decaff coffee through a coffee machine - ridiculous!

Once again this was an ideal venue for the night before flying back to France next morning. It's only a short stroll up past the railway station and the beds are comfortable and wide. Pillows good too. Breakfasts were very good with a good range available.
All in all excellent value for money but if you try to contact them on a Sunday you can be told that there is no-one there to answer your call so please try again later (even after having pressed various buttons via the automatic answering machine!)

Room Tip: 319 looks over the frontage but is nevertheless quiet and away from the entrance.
