Stayed overnight prior to a cruise holiday leaving the following day. The hotel was easy to find, room was clean and comfortable and restaurant of a good standard

Parking could be a problem although we found a space on site

Conveniently situated less than 5 minutes from the port and within walking distance of the city centre. Easy to find although the sat nav couldn't locate it.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful

We stayed here for 3 nights for a break in Southampton. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The hotel is very well located for the City Centre and had everything you would expect from a good Premier Inn. I noticed that the car park was pretty cramped and full, so more convenient if you're travelling by train.

We used this Premier Inn as a stop on the way north after visiting the Isle of Wight. I must stay it met our expectations. It was clean and the staff were frendly. The bed was comfortable and everything worked. Unlike some of the other budget hotels we used on our trip!!!.

Two negative items was the car park which was full when we first arrived but with help from the staff we were able to park later. It does not seem big enough for the number of potential guests for this hotel.
The 2nd item was the cost of a glass of wine at £5+ this was rather expensive and seems to reflect the fact that as it was 10pm and strangers in the city we were a captive audiance.

Friendly, efficient staff. Good choice of food in restaurant. Offers on meals. Bar seems to be open all day - handy for a late afternoon drink. Bedrooms and bathrooms could do with a makeover, remove/replace chipboard panelling from bathrooms which is deteriorating due water & steam. Note that car parking is chargeable which is only fair for a hotel 5 minutes walk from main street. Happy to go there again.

One of the best Premier Inns I have used. Clean modern rooms and friendly staff happy to help with enquiries and recommend local attractions. Good restaurant though stretched at peak breakfast periods. Parking limited get your space early.
