Just returned from breakfast meeting with a client staying here.
The reception staff were extremely welcoming and offered us choice of tables and all the extras on the menu. i asked for Poached eggs which were brought to me very quickly followed by the Chef 10 minutes later to ask if we had enjoyed our breakfast.

Wonderful customer service. thanks very much PI.

Service was brilliant and good value for money. Only down side was the noise from the next to us led to a poor night sleep, other than that everything was fantastic. The breakfast is recommend as there is a great variety to choose from.

Great location, was slightly worried about the noise as it's right on a busy road but we requested a room on one of the higher floors and had no problems with noise at all.

The room was exactly the same as any Premier Inn with regard to decoration. Was clean and tidy, big family room with double bed and 2 singles. The car park was busy as there was an event on and the hotel was full but we got there early to get a space and then just left the car there for the weekend. You can easily walk into town from here. Good value for £29. a night.

Comfortable room, excellent food ... Pity there weren't more parking spaces. Paid for 24 hours parking when I arrived - Had to pop out for a 2 hour meeting then no spaces left in carpark when I returned.

Nice Hotel for one night stay overs, Disappointed you have to pay £3 for 24 Hours for a slow WI FI when other Hotels offer it free. Especially as a lot of business people would use this hotel.
Parking is awful, People block you in and park wherever they can. This needs managing
Very noisy on the fourth floor as it is below the restaurant.
Staff are excellent though, always very helpful and very polite.
Rooms are nice and clean and beds comfortable.

Room Tip: Any level accept 4th

im not reviewing the rooms food or anything else about this hotel other than the reception simply because i booked this hotel over the phone thinking i was pretty much guarenteed a decent stay at an hotel chain ive come to admire for there usual cleansiness warmth and comfort but not this one not by a long shot i walked in to the reception to be greeted by a smell of old and tirdness youde get from a cheap service station motel the unsavoury people walking in and out i instantly got a refund and went somewhere else im by no means a snob but when im on a family break i do want somewhere decent for the wife and kids to feel safe i would reccomend this hotel for some stag or hen party but not for familys
