We needed somewhere to eat after having looked around the cathedral and we stumbled across this place. now normally a big 241 sign outside a pub make me keep walking as i presume they are all about quantity over quality, but i couldn't have been more wrong about the grapes! we were super hungry so we stopped and had a look at the menu, and any menu that has pork belly on it is a winner with my partner. We ordered a couple of drinks, the pork belly and a burger. the food came quickly and was fantastic! great big juicy burger, not too well done and so tasty :) and the pork belly had some lovely crunchy crackling on top and was beautifully cooked.
Only one thing got my goat a little, and that was the staff. The young lady who served us was new and doing her very best. The two young chaps who appeared to be on duty however, seemed more interested in having a chat and a coffee in the gap between the restaurant and bar than paying attention to the customers.
