Couple of lovely picnic areas looking over the river, nice garden and walk not for the less able. There is a toilet and a tea tent which could be better. Friendly staff run by national trust

Today our first day trip of this season was this beautiful river side garden and what a place it is! Very peaceful setting, ground covered with bluebells and other spring flowers. The walk along the river bank, the rock garden, the well maintained paths and picnic areas and the views all make it a lovely place. The walled garddn didn't have much to admire except some lovely tulips at this time of the year as the staff is still working on the ground. On the whole a very enjoyable few hours.

A lovely place spend a couple of hours wandering the gardens, admiring the view and the sounds of the river/countryside. A pleasant place to have a picnic, such a lovely setting.
Staff are friendly and helpful.

Nothing quite like strolling through the Weir on a sunny spring day in March , daffodils every where in this peaceful stretch of land besides the Wye ,

Impressive views both along the top path going one way and returning along the river path , the other, Well worth the visit a very enjoyable afternoon
