I visited here with my mum last week. The castle was a soul stunning, the views across the lake were breathtaking. The interior of the castle was beautiful and provided an interesting day of culture. Walking around the grounds in the sunshine was lovely! We were impressed by the range of activities on offer for all of ages. A great day, strongly recommended.

What a revelation to be able to visit a magnificent home with our dog .
The day started in the frustrating but enjoyable maze, a visit inside the superb castle and finished with a lovely walk in the grounds. We shall certainly return.

I took my 7yr old Granddaughter to Eastnor Castle for the day. As the weather was so good we only paid dor the castle grounds and will save the actual castle for a cold day.
There was a very warm welcome from staff on our arrival and we started off with the maze and junior assault course.
The maze was such good fun, we must have been in it for over half an hour before we found our way out. The assault course was also good fun and one could keep timing your children to make the time spent there last even longer.
The grounds of the garden are beautiful and my Granddaughter really enjoyed the rope swings and the woodland play area.
The ice cream parlour was a great success - two bisits during our time there and may I give huge Congratulations to the young lady dealing with the long queue of people waiting for ice creams on her own. At busy times like today she could of done with some help but everyone was greeted with a smile, she was really efficient and we left with her cheery note of hoping we enjoy our ice cream. She was great
There was also a clay modelling session if one wanted to partake of that, a tree trail and a lakeside walk.
All in all a great day, good value for money and we will definitely return.

On a rainy day we were looking for something to entertain 2 young children, a teenager and 4 adults and were recommended Eastnor Castle. The whole group thought this was one of the best castles they had ever visited. The rooms were full of really interesting items and stunningly decorated. The kids loved the mouse hunt, enjoying hunting each room for the toy mice! My 17 year old was fascinated by the historical items, suits of armour and we were all amazed by the beautiful library. It felt like a castle we would all want to live in! We had a lovely lunch in the teashop and the ploughmans was a fantastic. Cakes were all worth a go as well! Then for the park....even in the rain it was trully stunning. With rope swings amongst the arboretum we all had great fun. Around the far side of the lake we found a gilt picture frame and had fun taking loads of pictures of us all with the castle in the background. Having already had a great time we then found the maze and assault course...which resulted in a lot of competition between us all! This was well worth the entry fee and kept us all entertained all day. Next time we will take the dogs as they are allowed in too! Something that is rare in a place like this. Everything is done really well here and was a fabulous day out...one we would happily do again.
