I visited Chez Pascal with my family last week. The menu was much more than just the "run of the mill" French style. It was imaginative, interesting and seasonal. It was presented with flair and had obviously been freshly prepared. Pascal doesn't just cook in the French style, the love and care he puts into producing the food is totally French. We look forward to visiting Pascal's for dinner soon. At present he is doing breakfast, brunch and lunch. For anyone with a sweet tooth, he also makes a wide range of delicious patisserie. Very French!
