I totally recommend this hotel in the heart of Canterbury. If you are visiting the Marlowe theatre then this is the perfect location for your stay. I was greeted by helpful staff who were very knowledgeable about Canterbury town. I couldn’t fault the rooms and the breakfast with a choice of pastries and fruit was delicious. Thank you

You couldn't find a more convenient hotel if you're attending the Marlowe. Just across the road! However be aware that steep narrow stairs are involved (no lift - the buidling is a few centuries old after all!). I did wonder a bit about security: the front door is open, and often there is no one at reception. No cooked breakfast, but plenty of cold options. My single room was pretty basic but location and helpful staff made up for any shortfalls.

Central, and just lovely! I’d stay there again. Friends and I visited our student children. I couldn’t get into same hotel, so opted for this little gem - bedroom and en-suite were were clean, smart, cosy and comfortable. My room looked exactly the same as it did on the website. It was just me, so I didn’t need a double, and didn’t want to pay double either! This was seventy something pounds. I did see some of the doubles on my way out, and they were the same standard as my little single.

Room tip: I didn’t use restaurant or bar

easy walk to historic sites such as the cathedral. Downside to location is some loud voices outside the window from people leaving restaurants. Our Room was nice, very clean, with an updated bathroom and a tv. Bed was very firm. Be sure to mention accessibly issues as some rooms require climbing narrow staircases. No restaurant but does include uncooked breakfast. Many wonderful restaurants and coffee shops are within walking distance including a lovely French cafe. The bar downstairs has a limited selection. Short walk from St Radiguns car park to hotel. Very helpful staff. Would stay there again.

Room tip: Notify them when checking in that you need parking and they will add parking at St Radiguns (CT12AA) Canterbury at a discount price.
