“Whats with the beds!!”

Stayed overnight at Premier Inn. Had booked a disabled access room and standard double. Really good customer service, the day before we were phoned to tell us there was disabled parking to the rear. And when we arrived the receptionist changed our rooms so we had a disabled room with a wet room, and a double near by. Rooms were clean bright and adequately decorated. The wet room was lovely, plenty of rails and room. Breakfast next morning was yummy, freshly cooked and cheerfully served Brilliant location for visiting city.

Room Tip: Room 403 with wet room also has views of the Cathedral

Stayed for a night on business with my partner over a weekend. On arrival check in is automated which was quick and simple, and we quickly found our room which was clean and tidy and well furnished. We had not booked breakfast as seemed a little expensive at £8.95, but looking in the room saw the meal deal...£25 each for a three course evening meal, drink and breakfast, bargain!

Staff very friendly and happy to have a chat. Great value overall, only couple of issues were the room was very warm, and aircon a bit noisy. Also was woken a couple of times with excitable neighbours returning from their nights out in the early hours. Maybe Premier Inn should look at making certain floors 'quiet areas' for us oldies and families especially at weekends?

I booked this hotel on the back of an email from Premier Inn announcing that it was due to open shortly, so at the time there were no trip advisor reviews to look at to see what it was going to be like.

Of course, being a Premier Inn it was pretty obvious what to expect and like every other one I’ve stayed in (now into double figures) it doesn’t disappoint.

Bed – Incredibly comfortable, really good night’s sleep each night
Room – Clean, tidy and of a reasonable size (though unlike the professional pictures I had a view of the Tesco Express loading bay and not the Cathedral!)
Bathroom – Spotlessly clean, excellent shower
Breakfast – Plentiful, high standard
Staff – Friendly, helpful

Impossible to fault.

I have stayed in around ten Premier Inns, but this was the best by far. I enjoyed wonderful views of Canterbury Cathedral from my room (402) and was very taken with the lovely new colour scheme. This is a very new Premier Inn and it seemed more luxurious than the others I have stayed in - perhaps this is the way they will all go. The staff were very friendly, especially the supervisor who checked me in and the physics student who served me at dinner. The food was of a high standard. My stay was superb value for money.

Room Tip: Room 402 would be hard to beat!

We stayed with some friends before our visit to France. The whole experience was really positive. The staff, cleanliness and the quality of the breakfast were all notable. The location for the town centre is superb but parking is inconvenient.I would certainly recommend this hotel.

Stayed one night on our way back from Europe. Hotel text to say no car park so we parked 75yards down the road (£12.00) for 24 hours which was a bit of a disappointment but the standard of the hotel more than made up for our inconvenience.
The staff were very efficient, well trained and seemed happy in their work which is a bit of a revelation in theses days. The room was very comfortable with all the amenities you would expect from a much more expensive hotel.
We were very tired after driving 350 miles so we decided to dine in the hotel. The Meal Deal was suggested to us as we hadn't booked breakfast so we decided to take advantage of the offer. It was £50.00 for 2 people . We had Tempura Prawns/Rump Steak with all the trimmings/Dessert a large glass of wine and full English Breakfast all of which was to a very high standard. The Dining Room and Bar were both welcoming and comfortable as were all the staff in the evening and for breakfast.
I would have no qualms of staying at the hotel again and in fact having never stayed at a Premier Inn before am considering using them in the future if they are all of thus standard.

Booked here as we're going to see a show at the Marlowe theatre. Didn't realise there is no parking here apart from disabled. They emailed and phoned the week before. We drove to the old Dover road park and ride. Was not a problem. Bus waiting and took about 5 minutes to city centre by Fenwicks. From there we walked which is almost opposite under the underpass. Next morning we got the bus at the same place. Was only £3 for the parking and bus. The hotel is brand new, as was everything inside. Obviously clean and comfortable. Friendly receptionists. We did not eat here, but the restaurant looked nice. We do find premier inn breakfasts expensive, so drove to Whitstable from the park and ride and had breakfast in 89 for under £12. There is a tesco express attached to the hotel which is handy for nibbles and cold wine! I would stay here again but only if they had £29 deal.

Room Tip: Rooms at the back are probably better than looking onto what we thought was halls of residence
