Must say I was pleasantly surprised. Very clean, we'll maintained, efficient and friendly staff, had everything we need. Also very fast check-in and out with new self service machines, super efficient! Only downside is on-site car parking is limited to disabled, but with several other car parks within walking distance + there's drop-off point, it's a minor issue for the price we paid!

Very nice and comfortable stay at the Premier Inn! The lady at the reception (Kathrine) was very friendly and made us feel very welcomed! After her tips and directions we knew where to go and what to do, and we had a great time!

£39 for a VERY comfy, clean, quiet and new hotel room. Bargain. Down-side is lack of parking but 'bond street' (?) park & ride was only £3 and a v quick and easy bus ride away. Might be stressful with kids but fine for adults!

I read the reviews on TA and thought it sounds good, well it was more than good amazing, First Class Staff, rooms fantastic, spacious and super clean , Excellence meal deal for the evening including buffet breakfast for the next day. and most of all they have a limited amount of parking vouchers which means if you can get a voucher your cost is reduced to £6 for 24 hours as opposed to £16.80. We will without any doubt stay there again, it is only a short walk into town so very good all round.

The hotel is located in the city centre. We stayed there twice so far. It's very convenient if you want to stroll down the town do some shopping, bring the shopping back to your room and carry on exploring Canterbury.
The rooms were ideal for a city break. The beds were so comfortable and you definitely get a good night sleep. However the housekeeping could be improved. The second time we stayed there was quite a lot of hair in the bathroom and the floor wasn't hoovered prior to us arriving.
Also on both occasions the shower gel attached in the shower was empty, so make sure you bring your own toiletries.
The thing that really annoyed me is that we couldn't open the windows for some fresh air. Apparently something to do with your own safety, but quite irritating as nothing beats the fresh air in the morning!
The food was very good price a bit greasy but then its not a West End restaurant. Ideal for a quick grab.
There was an issue with the lack of parking spaces so make sure you phone the hotel prior to you arriving.
Overall good hotel in the best location!

We booked a room for two adults and two children and we were happy to see two extra, proper beds for my boys, who are 9. The hotel is perfectly located and only 10 minutes away from Canterbury Cathedral.

The hotel is quite new and the staff are friendly, especially during breakfast. Book in advance to get the best deals and try and include the yummy cooked breakfast. If you don't want to, then there is a Waitrose right outside to cater to your needs.

Be aware that this Premier Inn doesn't have its own car park, but they will advise to use one of two that are close by. Also, it does get a bit stuffy in the room at night. You cannot open the window as the hotel is situated on a very busy road. It wasn't too bad for us, considering it's April, but it will be a problem in summer. They do have air-conditioning, but that does cut off by itself when it feels like!

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here and we would definitely come back to stay at this hotel.

Room Tip: We stayed in Room 115, which is at the end of a long corridor. It's quiet.
