What a great little guest house, Joe and Val took great care of us and were very attentive. The place is spotlessly clean and parking is no problem. The breakfast prepared by Joe was one of the best I've ever had will certainly set you up for the day. The city centre is only a 10 minute walk which makes the place ideally situated. One lovely little touch was birds nests full of choclate eggs on the breakfast table as we were staying over the Easter break.
All in all fantastic value and service, we will return.
John & Sarah.

There were six of us, stopping over in Canterbury for the night. We had booked a double and a family room. Joe, the proprietor, greeted us and promptly offered us an extra room. Very kind of him and much appreciated. The rooms were very pleasant, in excellent condition, and the ground floor one gives access to a little patio. The location was very practical and easy to find. Within less than 10 minutes you're in the town centre (with its pedestrian areas and one-way streets - I'd rather be slightly on the edge of town). Breakfast was absolutely delicious with plenty of choice, good sausages and bacon done to a turn. All in all, an excellent place to stay.

My mate and I stayed here after a long walk on the north downs way, we had dropped in at Canterbury having never been to this city. I can honestly say this is the best guest house I have ever stayed at. The room was spotless, the breakfast was fantastic and Joe, the landlord, was a superb host - even giving us a lift to the train station the next day.
I would recommend this guest house to everyone - A++++++- happy days! :)

We (2 adults, 2 children) loved this B&B. Lovely sized family room, great location for Canterbury, and not too far from Whitstable and other seaside resorts. Breakfast was totally delicious and the owners really friendly. We can't wait to visit again. Fully recommend it. Couldn't fault it.

Though on a busy main road our front bedroom was quiet because of the double glazing. It was comfortable, the welcome was good and the owner helpful and friendly and the breakfast was excellent.
