We have eaten here over the last 10 years and it just keeps getting worse. We ha the Curry Buffet night recently and it was terrible for what you pay. The meat in the dishes was odd - hard to describe - although the sauces were ok. It feels like they're out of a jar actually. The breads that were in offer were tasteless and the rice was lumpy and also tasteless. Breakfast there recently was no better. You'd think that an "all you can eat" start to the day would represent good value, but it lagged behind rival alternatives locally. The décor is tired looking and the staff don't seem bothered. I'd dodge this one and travel the extra mile to TableTable.

We took our 4 year old son here for a cooked breakfast during the week. Children eat free with an adult paying for a cooked breakfast. The hot food is cooked to order and there is lots of choice available, as well as the usual choice of toast, croissant, cereals and fresh fruit. You help yourself to juices and teas/coffees. The food was fresh and good quality, and the waitress approached us when we were finishing to ask if we would like any more food cooked to order. The service was good although we had to wait several minutes to pay the bill. Total cost was around £16 it is easy to find cheaper options in the area but the food was good.

We found the staff on the waiting side was very poor there attitude come across as take it or leave it. We went for the cavery and had to wait for the veg while the meat went cold. The senior staff were ok and gave us free coffee to make up for the poor service however it spoilt our day out wirh the geand kids. We won't be back.

We stayed at the Premier Inn next door. It was lovely being able to stroll along the path to the Brewers Fayre. We often eat at our local one so was pleased the menu and the prices were the same. The food was as good as always. I found a long hair in my curry which was dealt with perfectly by one then a second member of staff. It was a very busy Saturday afternoon but the staff were speedy, helpful and friendly. Even as we left, a waitress we'd not seen before, wished us a good evening. Will definitely return if in the area.
