Have stayed here twice now. Last stay was in December prior to catching an early ferry. We had a sea view room that had recently been renovated. Other rooms on the same floor were in process of renovation but all work stopped fairly early in the evening so no disturbances.
The facilities are excellent in the room. We had a triple room that has plenty of room. The 'double' bed was more 'king size', very comfortable. We didn't eat in the restaurant this time, preferring to eat in the local town a 10 minute walk away.
Stay always friendly and willing to help.
Will definitely use again

We arrived late with 12 bikes and the staff were very helpful and friendly and attended to our needs quickly. We left at 4am to catch a ferry and the staff were even helpful at that time! The rooms were clean and very large and we had a fabulous view over the ocean. The room was too hot though and not adjustable. The staff even posted me a phone charger that we left in the room. Highly recommended if you're looking for somewhere cost efficient and basic to stay before catching a ferry.

We stayed here on a friday night at the end of February half term. The hotel was undergoing renovations and the Reception was a make-shift sofa and table with a pc on it in the bar area. The staff managed exceptionally well, in difficult conditions, with a full hotel. The staff were polite friendly and efficient. I felt the room was a little cold, my fault entirely I hadn't noticed the thermostat located on the wall. One of the receptionists fetched a stand-alone heating unit and then altered the thermostat for me. The beds were incredibly comfy and the bathroom spotless. We continued our drive to the French Alps the next morning feeling relaxed and refreshed. Thanks so much Premier Inn!

Room tip: We had a room on the road side of the hotel and had no problem with noise because of heavy glazed windows. With the windows open in summer you would hear traffic.
