How lucky were we that a last minute cancellation meant a room was available, for two weary travellers? The room was so comfortable. Clean and with everything you need. Breakfast is one of the best you'll find anywhere and the owners are wonderful hosts. This is a highly recommended place to stay whenever you are in Dover.

This is a traditional-style family B&B, clean, comfortable with friendly, helpful staff. The bed was very comfy and we slept well. We were able to park in the street for free, directly opposite the front door of the hotel. Dover has seen better days and Wetherspoons was the best we could find on a Sunday evening for a meal, but it was perfectly adequate and within easy walking distance. The hotel is well placed for Dover Castle which is definitely worth a visit - one of the best castles we have ever been to and you could easily spend a day there. Breakfast was good, freshly cooked with plenty of choice.

This was the second stay as this property and I must say I enjoyed it more than before. I love the family that operates here. The English breakfast is wonderful. The location is so close to everything. This time I took a day and walked along the cliffs to the light house and beyond. Sharon was so nice an allowed me to ship some things forward to her before my arrival. I will again stay here as often as I can.

Room Tip: All rooms are great. I loved being at the top of the property.

This was a lovely spot to stop over upon the beginning of a trip to UK. PERFECT location close to ferry, town, sites etc. lovely manager. Very friendly but not imposing. Fantastic breakfast will set you up for the day. Easy walk to town, castle and cliffs. Good value for a family. Parking could be a hassle. Quiet. Recommend this place.

Good value. Stayed on top floor £40 including full breakfast freshly cooked with good choice. Good coffee. Just note there are steep narrow stairs so only take what you need. Friendly, helpful owner created a very relaxed pleasant atmosphere. Handy location. Comfortable. Thank you.
