Lovely hotel perched on the cliffside in Ramsgate overlooking the harbour. Hotel is boutique style and done very well.

Didn't stay but did arrange a 30th Anniversary special occasion lunch.

All arranged via Camile in events easily. Had two private rooms overlooking their harbour, rooms were set up lovely, the 3 staff looking after our group were on top of their game , service was food and the food was great.

Well done and thanks all.

The hotel is very attractive and exceptionally well run. The staff are all very helpful and efficient. We had a sea view room, very comfortable and with a great bathroom. In addition to breakfasts, we had two dinners and a lunch at the hotel, all delicious with good service. No lift, but help was available for our luggage. If driving, best to read the parking information on the website.
Good walk along the coast to Broadstairs and back.

This boutique hotel is a real gem. Well appointed rooms with luxurious bed and bedding including a marble bathroom. Located above the royal harbour with stunning views of both the sands and the harbour. The food was amazing, locally sourced fresh ingredients made each meal a gastronomic joy. It is without doubt the amazing staff that made this such an amazing relaxing experience. Such a wonderful experience a part of me wants to keep this a secret.

Attractive hotel in a great location.
Upgraded to room (7). The large room & bathroom both light & airy.
Tremendous beach, harbour & marina views from the dual aspect.
In our 70s, we were aware that the hotel has no lift. but not aware on booking that I would have a sprained ankle during the stay, making the the 4-flights of stairs to our second floor room a (literal) pain.
Breakfast was included, served in the pleasant, period feel restaurant. There was no fruit, juices, cereal etc, visible - it was all bought in as you ordered it. I just wanted some fruit with a bit of natural yoghurt with it followed by poached egg on toast, but the slightly strange (& priced) menu only included items such set items as eggs Benedict & Florentine, etc. & the nearest I could get to fruit was "granola with berries" which had five raspberries & a splash of yoghurt, smothered in granola. This was served (in a large bowl) at the same time as two perfectly poached eggs served on a slice of rock hard (but trendy) sourdough toast.
Although only 3-tables were occupied, service was not attentive.
We were not aware on booking that the hotel accepts dogs & although we did not encounter one during our stay, there are review photos of two dogs on the bed of the room we stayed in, which we do not approve of.
Nearby parking was easy to find.
We did not sleep well. The traffic (& gull) noises, did lessen, but the roman blinds (at 3-windows) allow quite a lot of light to seep into the room.
