The attention to detail to make the Western theme interesting and funny was great. The food was delicious and the helpings were generous. The bedrooms were very clean and neat and again had the western theme. We were made to feel very welcome by all the staff.

I stayed here while attending a friend's wedding in Wadhurst. Was a bit concerned about the American cowboy theme before arriving, but in fact it was well done and not overdone. The staff were super-friendly, the room (Mohawk) was spacious enough and very clean, and the breakfast was more than enough. It's in a great location (bus stop next door with the 1GBP shopper hopper to along the main parts of town all day long, 10 minutes walk to the Pantiles, 5 minutes cab ride to the Tunbridge Wells train station... Sainsburys open early and late every day right behind the property). The only things that bothered me a bit were: 1) the wi-fi both in the room and in the restaurant area was spotty, and 2) the noise from the neighbours across the hall banging their doors shut early in the morning (because the place is small so the corridor is narrow between the rooms) as they were packing and moving stuff out of their room to check out... but I suppose that can happen anywhere. Otherwise, if you're headed to Tunbridge Wells, I'd highly recommend this place,

Stayed here for 2 nights recently and will certainly be returning. Was made to feel very welcome by the friendly staff. The rooms were absolutely lovely, we stayed in the Comanche room, couldn't fault it at all. Had a fabulous meal there in the evening and the breakfast was amazing too. Can't wait to return

The man who showed us up to our room was very friendly and made us feel very welcome. The rooms were very clean and modern. Overall customer service was amazing and we loved the theme. Cocktails were very well presented and we loved happy hour (5-7pm). All staff were so welcoming and could not have been more accommodating, we felt very at home. Thanks so much!

Took my partner (or should that be pardner?) here for a night away in Tunbridge Wells. I thought the theme might be a bit of a laugh and I was right. On arrival we made our way through the bar/restaurant past the employees decked out in obligatory stetsons and silver tipped collared shirts. my heart did sink a little a this point to be honest, but the guy behind the bar was so welcoming and the room (Comanche) was so cool that I felt somewhat reassured. To be honest we didn't spend much time there as we wanted to see the town and we didn't have our evening meal there as we fancied a curry (but that's another review). However we did have our breakfast there and it was lovely a big hearty fry up, plenty of toast with decent marmalade. In all I'd recommend this place, good parking facilities, friendly staff, clean rooms and handy for the Pantiles (still don't know how you pronounce that). My only regret? Not sitting on the bar stools that were actually saddles. Darn!

For kitsch value cannot be beaten, how much cheesy wild west theme can you take? Having said that, spacious clean rooms with spotless en suite and great shower. Just a few mins walk from the Pantiles and plenty of car parking. Downside was the complete absence of service at Sunday breakfast (guests wondering around looking for a waiter) and towels for one despite booking in as a couple. Will visit again for sure, yee ha.

Great Western themed hotel. Friendly and helpful staff, Fantastic room, shower and food. Will be staying again when in the south. Hopefully they will make some up north! Very close to the town centre with good transport links
