Theatre very hot otherwise excellent. great band Planning more visits ASAP. REASONABLE PRICES -DID NOT EAT.
What a fantastic show! The whole cast were amazing, the singing and dancing was really sensational and there were several stand-out performances. Michael Jamieson Smith as Fagin was wonderful as the thieving, lovable rogue, Cheryl Storer as Nancy had us all in tears with As Long As He Needs Me. Elliot Emanuel as Bill Sykes was suitably menacing and he had a real Bullseye too! Nathan Whale, the young lad who played the cheeky pickpocket, Artful Dodger led the cast into "Consider Yourself At Home" which really got the show started with his lighthearted cockney charm, and George Wood as Oliver, would melt the coldest heart when he sang "Where is Love?" The whole cast came on stage at the end and the whole house was on it's feet roaring it's approval. We clapped along to the reprise of the final numbers and applauded until our hands were sore, there was barely a dry eye in the place! Can't wait for their next production! Well done to the TWODS! P.S. The Assembly Hall staff coped admirably with a Full House, so well done to them too!
