It is always lovely to sit in one of the beautiful rooms in the Hotel Du Vin in Tunbridge Wells, and this was the venue for the steak and wine tasting event. Jonny explained how different types of food (such as citrus) can affect the taste of wine. We tried 7 different reds with three steaks cooked in different ways. As always, it was informative and Jonny delivers the information well. This was a brilliant format and if repeated, I'd highly recommend it.
