This is a great hotel if you want to explore the dockside of hull or go to the Deep. The staff are really welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. The restaurant has great views of the river. The breakfast is well worth getting up for!!!

My partner and I have stayed at many hotels within Hull; Ibis, Holiday Inn and Travelodge and by far Premier Inn beats the lot. Wonderful location, views from the top floor of an evening are lovely right next to the Deep and views of the river and the city centre lit up are really amazing, especially for any budding photographers.

Rooms are lovely and spatious with an extremely comfy bed and lovely pillows, made for a very comfortable night's sleep. Air conditioning is available in all rooms which makes it very comfortable especially in Summer.

The food is lovely and good value for money they have quite a few meal deals on too. Lots of vending machines with lots of selection and a big bar area.

Free parking facilities on site and next to the hotel which was helpful as other hotels we've stayed at charge for parking.

Best hotel we've stayed at in Hull, little bit more expensive than other hotels but in my opinion it is very worth the extra tenner or so as we had a very enjoyable stay. We'll definately be back!

Can't fault the price for starters. We got the rate at £29 per night, and we stayed here for 3 nights.

Located about 1 mile from the centre of hull, overlooking the estuary.

The hotel has it's own car park, BUT it was only open on 1 level (despite there being 6 floors of car park). If this level is full, there is a fenced car-park around the corner. All pazrking is free.

There are 2 lifts, which sounds fine, but given that reception is located on floor 7, you can wait around a fair while for one. We waited 15mins on 1 occasion!

Check-in was quick, but then the hard sell started. The guy never gave up trying to get us to book breakfast and evening meal. I understand they want to get you to eat there, but in my personal view - he went too far. It made us NOT want to eat there.

The rooms are your usual Premier Inn set up. Rooms were clean and tidy, and we were on the 11th floor gaining stunning views across the water.

Would I stay here again - YES, purely based on the price. The service was not acceptable however.

Easy to get to hotel, parking good, close to centre of city but quiet.

The stand out reccomendation for this hotel is the warm reception, attentive management and above expected standards of service in a budget hotel.
Better than most 4* hotels i have stayed in and paid 3 times as much for.
Great service and everything you need from modern hotel rooms. Well done!

Stayed here for one night prior to visiting The Deep. Greeted by friendly staff member at check in which was quick and effortless. Room on the top floor overlooking the city centrre. Very clean rooms and the sofa bed for our daughter was only marginally smaller than a single bed! Freeview TV also included as standard! Room air conditioned. Hardly any noise, just the occaisonal rumble from the road bridge on the adjacent A63. Easy walking distance to The Deep (around 5 mins) and the staff even allowed us to leave our car in the hotel car park the next day saving us the pay and display charge over at The Deep. I would recomment this hotel for those visiting Hull and the local attractions nearby.

We stayed at the Premier Inn in the city centre. We enjoyed our stay very much and intend to visit again before Christmas. The hotel is well placed for the city centre and is only minutes away from the Deep. There is also a good walk alongside the River Humber in either direction. It's not too far to the coast - you can visit Hornsea freeport quite easily and also Bridlington. If you go inland then Beverley is interesting and a visit to the Minster is a must!
