It needs to be said that your receptionst ' paddy ' was excellent and very kind during the phone call i had with him. Although i haven't yet stayed at the Hotel, he should be treasured as i have booked alot of premier inn hotels over the phone and he has to have been on the best and most friendly. I now look forward to my stay even more knowing that paddy has gave me a postivite view of your hotel and the staff that work there.

Thank You.

Excellent value for money at £29 for family room. Will definitely return! Nice room, very comfortable bed. My hair stuck to the headboard, seemed like old hair gel on the board. Would have been a very good room if it wasn't for that and an empty body wash disposer in the bathroom,

Excellent breakfast. Really friendly staff. Free parking. Brilliant location for The Deep! Good view from room. Overall a really good place to stay.

Room Tip: Ask for a view of the harbour

We were really impressed by both this Hotel and Hull as a short break holiday. The hotel is close to the museums and we also has a fantastic view from our 12th floor room including the sight of the impressive Humber Bridge in the distance. The restaurant also benefits from a great view over the city.

We were visiting our eldest daughter at Uni in Hull and travelling with our 2 teenage children. We booked a double and twin room. There are 3 Premier Inns in Hull, frankly we booked this because it was the only one still offering rooms at £29.

The hotel is situated on what was probably an industrial area of Hull, on the eastern edge of the town centre just over the river Hull. The area appears to be undergoing regeneration. The car park is on the opposite side of a quiet road, but spaces are plentiful and free.

The hotel itself is clearly fairly new, the bedrooms are very spacious and contain all amenities you could reasonably expect (TV, Tea/Coffee making, hairdrier, Desk area). The room and ensuite were spotlessly clean. Reception and house keeping staff were friendly and helpful. We didn't eat in the restaurant, but as residents there were numerous deals that made doing so very reasonable. There are plenty of alternative restaurants and bars in the Old Town area of Hull on the other side of the river.

Disadvantages: If I were a female travelling alone I might feel uncomfortable about the last 100m of the walk back to the hotel at night. The bar had no cask bitter (only draught Boddingtons - although at a very reasonable £2.75 for a hotel bar) isn't this chain owned by Whitbreads?

Overall: This hotel does everything you would expect from a mid-range hotel, and does it very well. At £29 a night it is playing well out of its league. Book it now because once the re-generation of the area is complete I can't imagine you will get it at this price. And Hull is a much nicer place for a weekend break than you might imagine!

Stayed on business. Free parking and about 10 mins walk from city centre. It is in a run down industrial area but beside the Deep Center.

The hotel itself is one of the modern first class Premier |Inns. Great views over estuary. Everything clean bright and modern.

Food in restaurant was the standard Premier Inn mix but well done and staff were unfailingly helpful and cheerful. They really went out of their way to help and make you feel welcome. It was a delight to stay there and the price was incredibly low.
