Cannot fault the bed, very good sleep.
What I can fault is as follows...
1- food, food was terrible looked nothing like the pictures on the menu. The chips where undercooked, chicken burger tasted cheap and to be honest tasteless. Prawn starter did not agree with my stomach at all and came with the smallest pot of sauce I had seen. Apple pie dessert was freezing cold and custard didn't want to leave the jug. Nicest thing was the pint of Pepsi!
2 Lifts- only one working lift which resulted in waiting ages for it because of the amount of levels in the hotel.
3- room there was only one hand towel and one bath towel. Tea service very inadequate for the night 1 coffee sachet and 1 tea bag and a couple of sugars and milks.
4- breakfast, only fault was the hot items has been left to stand for too long. A manager type lady appeared and could hear her ask the kitchen why the buffet was so poor. This was quickly removed and a plate ordering system out into place.
Summary, not a budget hotel so would have expected a bit more attention to detail. Food is not good would really advise dining out. Seems the opinion of a couple of other people i had spoken to in the lift.
