Parking is beneath the hotel in a multi-storey, the route up to the hotel via the left felt like the trade entrance, nevertheless we had great rooms, clean, tidy good selection of channels on the TV and eating int he restaurant was good, quick friendly service.

Very handy for The Deep, then town etc.

Room Tip: Overlooking the water is possible, good to look out at first thing

Don't get me wrong, we had a OK stay - everything you'd expect from the chain but there was just something I couldn't put my finger on... The staff were pleasant enough, the room was nice enough, the bar and restaurant again nice but nothing really stood out!

The area is trying it's best to have a modern feel but it is still very run down. Hopefully the improvements will continue as it could be lovely.

It was our first visit using our business account and they really didn't seem to know how it worked. So we paid for everything up front only to find out that it should have been put on our account. After several phonecalls and a fax (really!) we did get it sorted on the Monday after we had stayed.

Also they don't seem to have any 'proper' cider at the bar, just cider with 'stuff' in it (guana, berries!) and the Guiness is out of a can!

Overall an OK stay but we won't be back.

Room Tip: Ask for a river view on a higher floor

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, surprisingly quiet for a city centre hotel. Conveniently situated for Hull Old Town. Secure car parking within building. Restaurant has wide-ranging views over the Humber estuary. The best Premier Inn I've stayed in.

Very good location. Clean tidy and friendly. Close to town and amenities, perfect for returning late after a pub crawl. A lovely space on the 7th floor with a spacious bar and restaurant overlooking the estuary.
