Booked this hotel in advamce for my wife and self as I was running in the jane tomlinson 10k run. Found booking on the mobile app simple to use and they kept in touch via email asthe booking approached.
As ever the standard of the room was excellent. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast were good and the evening meal was good to average.
Never had a problem yet with a premier inn.
Thankyou

Stayed here for two nights in June and was very impressed. The room was large, and well-appointed, It was cheerful and felt and smelt clean and welcoming with air-con and a great view. The public areas were buzzing and once again, had great views. Onsite parking, and a short walk across a bridge takes you right into the heart of the museum quarter. Helpful and friendly staff. Pay £3 a day for Wifi. A stone's throw from the Deep and a five-minute walk to the High Street. Would definitely stay here again.

Brilliant location for visiting the Deep, museum quarter and marina - all within easy walking distance. Also easily located to drive out towards the coast or Humber Bridge. A really friendly and efficient hotel with excellent views and perfect for a break in Hull which has loads to offer.

We booked up to stay for the night with the intention of visiting the deep the next day. We arrived around 6pm and had a very friendly greeting. Everything was explained to us and the room was easy to find as sometimes these hotels can be a maze. We had our evening meal in the restaurant, from ordering to receiving our food was slow taking about 40 minutes which could have been better especially with two starving and increasingly crabby children. Once it did arrive the food was delicious and of a generous portion. The desserts were also beautiful. The service from the girl was exceptional, I believe her name was possibly Kealey? She was polite and very good with the kids as well as making sure we were OK. The staff in general was great but she stood out from the rest. Breakfast was a self service and continental with the usual assortment of fruits, cereals, baked and toasted items as well as the traditional cooked breakfast. It was also very tastey and enjoyable. The room itself was very spacious, very clean and tidy as well as comfortable. The bathroom was clean and had a decent shower unlike some of the trickles some hotels have. I slept well although I did end up waking up wondering what time it was so maybe an alarm clock in the room would be useful. When I looked at my phone it was 5.30am. This is really the only complaint about our stay other than waiting so long for food. The hotel is next to a busy room and rush hour seems to start early but you could hardly hear it and wasn't an issue. We enjoyed our stay and if we are in the area again this would be where we go again.
