“A little gem”
Reviewed 6 August 2013

Tucked away in the museum quarter this is right next to the Streetlife Museum and I would anyone do this one also. There are some lovely mosaics and archeological finds excavated from the East Riding on display.

“What a gem!”
Reviewed 8 July 2013

We were just at a loose end and were passing by here when we decided to go in. What a gem and pleasant staff too! We were warmly greeted and all questions answered well. We took our time to explore this lovely museum and were amazed at the quantity fitted into such a small area and the variation of it all. Children and adults would enjoy this museum and it's FREE!!! Gift shop prices are truly excellent value for money and there is something for everyone. A gem in the 'Old Quarter'.

“A Fantastic Museum”
Reviewed 6 June 2013

Museums in Hull should be used as a benchmark for museums around the country. It would seem that substantial investment has been made in exhibits and facilities, plus you can experience them for free, but be like me and make a donation. A great attraction that will surely appeal to people of all ages!
