It's a known formula so no surprises, friendly staff, clean, warm room with a too-firm bed and liquid soap dispensers in the bathroom. The pub next door serves good beer and quick food at a very reasonable price. Not a romantic getaway but close to the Uni, Asda and the ferries.

Room Tip: Noisy by the lifts so worth the walk to get further down the corridor.

A disconnect in booking service on Premier Inn web site when we made room booking meant the dinner reservation was lost for a party of 20 on an already busy Saturday night. The Restaurant Manager and his team pulled out all the stops to make sure that their obligation was met. Top customer service. Excellent value for money.

Beds very low, sorted by finding elephants feet to raise, why its thought all disabled need low beds when opposite is more helpful for some - same with bathroom, bath with loads of grab rails but over head shower not much us when cant climb into bath, no walk in showers,, again who designs these rooms, anyone actual talk to the disabled, not this hotels fault but designers think on please! Nice attached restaurant (Table Table) served by a very helpful young lady called Kay on the first night, second night very busy so a bit caotic but not too bad non the less.
Bar had no ice either night, apparently waiting to have ice machine serviced, so no shorts for us. Shortage of coffee in room, asked twice for supplies topping up, each time getting one more sachet supplied when two in the room, just as well only one of us drank coffee.
Despite everything we had a plaesant weekend and would return again
There is a handy retail park, large Asda, Pizza Hut, Frankie & Benny's, Cinema,, Other shops so ample for a short stay - Not Bad!

Room Tip: Room facing disabled parking spaces so our car right outside our room Window,
