this hotel is very cheap. first impressions wasnt impressed. we arrived and had to change room as they never put childs bed in room. the staff changed the room with no problems. I did ask for extra pillows in my room which i never recieved. Car parking is £5 and about 5 min walk away in the shopping centre. even though this sounds negative for £36 a night for 3 off us i cant complain. its okay for a short break.

Room Tip: dont get bottom floor as hotel very hot and you need to open window

I visited Hull alone to visit friends, I had booked into the Ibis but was a little nervous had not travelled alone for a long long time, however, I had no need to be I had a lovely stay the room was lovely and clean, Showers was excellent, the only down side was noise of traffic from 5oclock in the morning, if I go again I will pack some earplugs because I would certainly stay again. Staff were cheerful and helpful, but then Yorkshire people generally are!!!!!

I have been to this hotel before and enjoyed my stay there. the Room and the hotel are lovely. The only difference was that there was no air conditioning and hardly any fans for people to use. it was a very hot weekend.
staff are lovely

I would recommend this hotel as a very clean and comfortable place to stay with excellant food, the staff were very helpfull, even to ordering a taxi for my disabled husband and i to get from the hotel to the ferry port, i would certainly go back again

Room Tip: the rooms to the back of the hotel were quieter than near the front which were near the main road
