“Great ice cream”
Reviewed 3 April 2014

This is a lovely little sandwich shop to stop by for coffee and a bite to eat. There is a great sandwich menu with a lot of variety. They have a lot of different syrups for hot drinks and their cakes look great and home made although i've never had one. The gelato is a must though! The flavours are constantly changing and made locally. Reece's peanut butter cup, chilli chocolate, salted caramel, marshmallow, cream egg and esspresso just to name a few. The staff are friendly and didn't mind us staying to work for a few hours, which made it a great environment.

“Highly Recommended”
Reviewed 3 April 2014

I came across Cuckoo's whilst looking for somewhere to eat that was unpretentious and where myself and a friend could eat and enjoy a good catch up...I have never written on a site like this before but felt the need-the food was top notch-we ordered one of the sharing platters-service was 1st class-extremely friendly without being in your face and overbearing whilst a young lady sang and played guitar in the background-she was amazing.A thoroughly enjoyable, relaxing night which I would recommend to anyone.

“our new favourite”
Reviewed 30 March 2014

The title says it all, we are very fussy when we eat out and we are very difficult to please. We went here for a family birthday and had the tapas and meze. The atmosphere was lovely, the food excellent, the live music was great. The service was also very good. My aunty and uncle are not big cheese lovers (the party organisor didnt realise this) so all their dishes were made without cheese. Showing that all dishes are made fresh to order. Something thats very important to us. There are set menus and also individual dishes. I recomend the meatballs. They are amaxing. If anyone wants anymore proof, when we unexpectedly found ourselves child free the following week, we went back.

“Love this place”
Reviewed 6 March 2014

I have been here quite a few times now, for lunch (and breakfast once) absolutely lovely place to meet for a coffee & sandwich. Lovely outside seating area for summer and never had anything other than great service and tasty food. They even accommodated my vegetarian friend with something that wasn't on the menu

“wonderful lunch”
Reviewed 22 February 2014

light, bright and airy decor;friendly staff and delicious, good value light lunch dishes with good breads and bagels. The coffee is good and, as a bonus, is fairtrade. I would definitely eat here again.
