Daisy's is a fantastic spot for a breakfast of any size or combination or a coffee and cake. Take a seat and prepare for you taste buds to spring back into life...
Outside the kerb appeal isn't a wow but rest assured it hits all the high notes on your palate and the vibe inside is a cool outdoorsy type, all ages, all passions, all in the know about the delicious home cooking.
Our meal..The toast, fresh cut whole meal chunky bread, beans and fried egg was exactly what we wished for, and we sneaked a cheeky scone to share which was melt in the mouth.
It's a find..a hidden gem...and it's down side according to Holdworth's books lady, (where we headed to buy a funky map we had seen in Daisy's ).. was it wasn't open enough.
Apparently the owners, a family two generations of bakers and cooks...liked to see the beauty of the outdoors now and again. I respect them even more...go soon and saviour.
