We looked at the menu and decided on full English before our trek. We saw that poached eggs were on the menu, and asked could we swap our fried eggs that came with the full English to poached? you would think no problem... as they were quite clearly on the menu. But we were told no substitutions, the breakfasts arrived , the mushrooms what few there were of them were very overcooked, the fried eggs greasy and the bacon barely cooked. Our waitress clearly had more interesting places to be and wasn't very customer friendly. The other waitress we noticed was smiling and chatting (wish we had her instead).
Inside looked very clean with lots of old photo's decorating the walls, and the outside seating area was also a nice idea.
Not sure if we would return as there are lots of other cafes and restaurants serving breakfasts too.
