What a great place - we stopped on the spur of the moment as I had heard about the cafe that over looks the milking parlour of a working farm. What a brilliant concept - so educational for the children. Plus the food is really good to boot. We all had a really lovely fresh home cooked lunch but my only criticism is that the menu is a little limited for the children. There are sandwiches but the bread is cut like door stops - great for a hungry adult but no good for a 7 year old. The shop is also worth a visit with lots of local produce and some lovely gifts. I will definitely go again but please note that is you want to watch the milking you need to be there at about 345 pm.
