Lovely place to stay. Close enough to the centre yet far enough away.
Gorgeous house, room was one of the best we've stayed at.
Lovely and clean and was welcomed with a smile.
Wonderful family run business...felt part of the family.
Flawless.
Breakfast was great too...all in all a wonderful experience and somewhere we'd come back to. Found our place!
10/10

This is a lovely place to escape too. We stayed in the Bridal suite, very comfortable with loads of little extras. Nothing too much trouble for Jana and Martin. Lovely view of Cat Bells from the window! Within walking distance of shops, bars and restaurants.

We stayed here while walking the Cumbria way and it was by far the nicest place we stayed. Prior to our stay the owner phoned and asked if we would mind staying in the private apartment instead of in the b&b which we were happy to do, breakfast in the b&b still included. We had our own self contained livingroom/full fitted kitchen. Bathroom with fab shower and double bedroom. Lots of extra touch's showed the owners really care about their guests. Breakfast was good quality and delicious too.
Great value and friendly owners.

We recently stayed at the Riverside Escape in Keswick for four nights. We were met by the host Martin who welcomed us and showed us our room. Everything is beautifully appointed...fittings and fixtures have been chosen with much care to ensure guests feel comfortable in a desirable location.

The property is well located with only a few minutes walk to town.

Our hosts provided a fabulous hot breakfast every morning in the nicely decorated dining room.

If only we lived closer, we would definitely return. Can recommend this accommodation to anyone who wants a stay in tasteful surroundings. Thank you to our hosts

You will never find a better B&B anywhere in the lake district, a fabulous property, we stayed in the bridal suite and the decor and facilities are superb.
great hosts who serve a lovely breakfast.
and just a short walk into town also great parking.

Room Tip: the bridal suite has the best views.
