Our family are regular visitors and we always have a great welcome from Sue and Ian and enjoy our stay there. The rooms are comfortable and the breakfasts delicious.The location is excellent for popping into Keswick and setting off on outings.
Ian and Sue are excellent hosts - I always enjoy my chats with them. The rooms, beds, house and location are all first rate - easy parking on quiet street. Sue is welcoming and helpful with any information you might need. If it's your first visit to Keswick you won't go wrong here - and once you've been you'll go back to Eden Green. Oh, and another thing - the BEST breakfast ANYWHERE.
We really enjoyed our stay there and were imposed with Eden Green. Was clean, friendly, with spacious bedroom, and breakfast was delicious! Ian and Sue were really helpful and lovely too. Would recommend to stay there :-)
We were staying at Eden Green as out original plans were disrupted at the last minute. From the second we walked in we were made to feel very comfortable and nothing was too much trouble. Ian and Sue were the perfect hosts, the room was comfortable and quiet, the breakfast was the best i have ever encountered in the many different (and much more expensive!) establishments i have stayed in in Cumbria. Its less than two minutes walk from the centre. We will be staying here in future by choice. If you know of a better B and B i would challenge you to stay at Eden Green first!
Just got back from a lovely couple of days in Keswick. Sue and Ian are great. They were very helpful and accommodating. The room was spacious and comfortable and breakfast was fab. There was a lot of choice and the quality was excellent. I would totally recommend this B and B to anyone
Great accommodation and service. The little things like addressing us by our names at the breakfast table made a very good impression on us. Very comfortable bedroom facilities and amazing breakfasts! Everything I could have wanted for breakfast. Catered for vegetarians very well.
