Only spent one night at Larry's lodge on our way from Sussex to Scotland. Larry's lodge was chosen because they are dog friendly, the owners having trained many guide dogs for the blind themselves. We had a warm welcome from both Dave and Sue who showed us to our rooms, we had our teenage son with us with a seperate bathroom who had a single room for himself ( so was happy to be rid of the old folks ), which although small was well appointed. Our room was excellent, tastefully decorated and clean with room for the dog.
In the morning a good full English breakfast set us up for the journey north. Would we stay here again ? 100% yes, Dave and Sue take pride in their establishment and caring for their guests which is why we will stay with them againMore
