I went for my wife to Keswick for out winter vacation. I chose this please because it has a very good review. The room was super clean, the location is nice and everything about this place is wonderful. Thank you Tracey for the delicious breakfast and for the fresh fruit.

I stayed here for 3 nights with a friend on a road biking trip of the Lake District. I'll break this review down as no one likes to read waffle:

Beds: Clean and comfortable
Shower: Powerful, clean and hot
Room: Clean and spacious. Wardrobes, kettle, mirrors, TV, alarm clock, fan etc
Breakfast: Big, tasty, variety, meaty, fruit, cereal, filling
Host: Tracey was friendly, warm and courteous, a great host.
Parking: Outside the house on the road
Location, 2 mins walk from the town square, within riding distance from pretty much anywhere, we rode to Windemere & Carlisle from here.

In summary, I will be back in Keswick in the near future and will try to book this Guesthouse before any other. No need to shop around as this guesthouse has everything you need.

Tracey, thank you for your hospitality.

We stayed here for just one night on our brief road trip in England and Scotland. We were warmly welcomed by Tracey and she made us feel like one of the family, nothing was too much trouble for her. The breakfast Tracey served us was fantastic. Keswick is such a beautiful place and was our most favourite place in our short stay in England. Our only regret is that we did not have more time to spend in this guesthouse.

1) Firstly what fabulous hosts Tracey & Andrew are; warm, friendly, helpful and can't do enough for you.
2) From the moment you step through the front door, the place just smells fresh and everything is spotlessly clean.
3) The rooms have everything you could possibly want and we had fresh milk left for us in the fridge downstairs.
4) The breakfasts are wonderful with a vast choice of fruits.
5) The location is very central and an easy, short walk to town.

We will definitely stay here again when visiting Keswick; our friend who was with us has already recommended this B&B to her parents.

This B&B is so lovely - Tracey and Andrew are such warm hosts, bringing us tea and biscuits to welcome us when we arrived and were so attentive in helping us/advising places to eat etc. The breakfast was fantastic - lots of fresh fruits, cereals and cooked breakfast. It is very well located for Keswick town centre and only a short walk from Derwent water. The only reason I haven't given the B&B 4 stars is that the room we had was very small, but to be honest that didn't matter to us as we were only staying one night and the lovely hospitality outweighed this. Would recommend.
