“Wow! Amazing!”
Reviewed 18 October 2013

What a nice couple! What amazing accommodation! What amazing food!

Firstly, Andy and Charlotte could not be more welcoming and friendly. They move mountains to meet your needs ensure you have an excellent experience.

We thought the accommodation was impeccable. So outstanding we have recommended other friends to stay who are looking for the very highest quality and standards.

Ah, now the food. Andy and Charlotte bake their own beautiful bread and just provide top quality delights on a plate!

Room Tip: Don't worry, they're all great

Best Bed and Breakfast we stayed at on our trip to England. We stayed in the family room with the bunkbeds and it was comfortable and one of the most updated/luxurious Bed and Breakfasts we've come across. We were thoroughly impressed (Andy has a great dog as well) but what Andy did one day I would never expect of any 5 Start Hotel. The day before we unfortunately parked beneath a tree at Warwick Castle and had our car thoroughly covered in bird droppings. After taking our car through two car washes we had resigned ourselves to the fact that we would be driving a feces covered car for the next two weeks (what do birds eat in England that create concrete like poop?) Regardless we returned one day and Andy had taken it upon himself to powerwash our car and cleaned it all up for us, just because. Couldn't believe it and promised him I would take the time to write him up here (never written a review of any other B&B/Hotel and I travel all the time) to give him the credit he deserves - Thanks again Andy!!

Have just spent 4 nights at this B&B as part of a walking party of 7. This is the third time in recent years and it just seems to get better and better each time. Andy and Charlotte could not do enough for us. From using their tumble drier to dry walking clothes due to the heavy rain to providing excellent information on the local area and restaurants and of course providing outstanding and delicious breakfasts with the show stopper being Andy's home made bread. You must try it! Many thanks - we will be back soon!

Quite genuinely a 5 star b&b-something I have never experienced before. Attention to detail is very strong. Breakfast is exceptional with a clear Scandinavian influence, an excellent choice of fresh fruit and berries along with homemade yoghurt and muesli AND the hot bits cooked to order. The location is spot on being equidistant between the town and the lake. Well worth the tariff.

Room Tip: the family rooms are a good size- 2-3 times bigger than a travel lodge for example

Having enjoyed an excellent 2-night stay with friends at Rooms36 in November 2012 we all booked again and had a second, equally enjoyable stay this week. Fantastic location within 5 minutes walk of the town centre. The bedrooms, en-suite bathrooms and dining room are immaculately clean, spacious and very-well presented. The breakfast is lovely: an array of fresh fruit, homemade granola, yoghurt, fresh bread and various cooked options to choose from. The owners are friendly and helpful. I absolutely recommend Rooms36 for a stylish and comfortable B&B.

Had a great stay her with 2 friends for a girly weekend. The room was lovely, clean and with good facilities, excellent shower! The breakfast was gorgeous, the best bit was definitely Andy's home made bread each morning, gorgeous!. Although parking wasn't great, it didn't really detract from the stay. Charlotte was so nice, and nothing too much trouble, would come and stay here again anytime.
