OK we all remember the old Victorian museum with typical glass cases to fill our awe and wonder. We may have even tried to play the Musical Stones that live here, or bought a CD of Jamie Barnes playing them. But it needed to be brought into the present which is what is happening right now. It was still closed when I last tried to visit but I am looking forward to seeing what they have done with their remarkable displays studying the rich ecology and indeed geology of the area. They say it will be more hands one, more inter-active. We will just have to wait and see.
