Stayed here for two nights on a walking weekend with friends. We were looking for a B&B with two twin rooms but were offered a twin and two singles which worked out fine.
The guest house is centrally located and there are limited parking spaces in front so let Connor know if you intend to drive. From the guest house all the shops and eating places in Keswick were easily walkable.
The rooms were not large (indeed the singles were fairly small but did have en suite) but were well furnished and decorated. The showers and bathroom were newly kitted out and there was plenty of hot water - very important after a wet walk. We did have a problem that neither of us could actually use the mirror in the bathroom as it was hung too high on the wall! Fortunately there was another in the bedroom.
The breakfast was excellent - a buffet of cereals, fruit, yogurts and a toaster to make you own toast. There are a selection of options for cooked breakfast and it was all cooked freshly to order. The bacon and sausages were particularly good.We had refills of coffee on request.
I'd certainly stay again if I was heading for Keswick.More
