Lovely food in a very relaxing ,warm and welcoming place. Main bar has an open fire which I'm sure will be most welcome on cold damp days ,other bars lead off in different directions . The pub has lots of history and the staff are only to pleased to tell you all about it. Now back to the food ,it was in the evening we went the choice was good I had the steak while my other half had pork (you will see what was served with it on menu) we both enjoyed it very much , so tasty. We will be back that's for sure .
