What a lovely b&b we couldn't have chosen a better place janette and Brian make you feel very welcome and they are the perfect hosts the guest house is spotlessly clean everything in the room you could ask for. The breakfast was fantastic with a good selection of fresh fruit, cereals etc.The full English was fantastic was all local produce would highly recommend this B&B you will not be disappointed you also get a parking pass to the local car parks

Perfect location, nicely decorated cosy rooms, clean bathroom with a complete set if toiletries, everything you can feel about here is that you like here and you want to come again. (I especially like the design of window!!)
And Janet, the hostess, is such a lovely and kind lady. Thank you very much.

We had 2 nights here and like the other reviewers can highly recommend it. Friendly, welcoming and informative hosts, clean and tidy rooms and a lovely locally sourced breakfast. Located just a short walk from the Windermere shops & restaurants, we would definitely stay here again.

Only stayed for one night, which was a shame as would have loved to stay longer. The welcome we received couldn't have been bettered. Spent our wedding anniversary here & our spotless & well equipped room was enhanced by a very inviting & comfortable bed complete with a card & box of chocolates. The en-suite bathroom was compact with shower, loo & basin but the towels weresoft & fluffy, the water hot enough even for me & the toiletries were sumputous & smelt & felt amazing (my hair & skin were so soft even with the Lakes changeable weather lol).
Had a boutique feel to the place without the pretension. The breakfast was wonderful with plenty of choice & local produce. Without a doubt though the best thing about the place was Janette & Brian. So friendly & full of useful information. When we left we felt like we had known them both for years. Will definitely be staying again & hopefully for longer. Cannot recommend it highly enough.
