I chose this restaurant to bring my parents for dinner based on reviews and we were not disappointed. It is a quiet bistro and the meal we had was just fabulous. It's one of those restaurants that prides itself on using local produce and everything was cooked to perfection. My Dad had the lamb rump, my Mum had the haddock and I chose the beef cobbler. Very nice.
It's a nice local restaurant, unassuming and on the top of a street, almost tucked away. When we first entered, I did think it was too quiet and possibly lacking atmosphere. But it got busier afterwards and you can tell that the food speaks for itself and their priority is good food. Our server was a lovely lady, very friendly and welcoming. Come here for a yummy meal, very reasonably priced.
