We had a brilliant time in Windermere and Autumn Leaves is a fabulous Guest House. We will definately be going back for a return stay. Sara & Rob are lovely and very helpful. Rooms were spotless and to a very good standard. Breakfast was beautiful and served with smiles all round. Windermere itself is 3 minutes walk where there is a vast selection of restaurants/pubs/coffee houses and Bowness is a one miles walk away which has more choices.

We stayed in Autumn Leaves Guest House for 3 nights. Rob and Sara were extremely welcoming and helpful and told us what was worth seeing. The breakfast was delicious, the room was cosy and quiet so we could really relax. The guest house is located in the centre of Windermere, close to restaurants and cafes so we could easily go out for one glass of wine if we wanted to. We recommend it to anyone who wants to fully enjoy the wonderful atmosphere of the Lakes.

We are repeat visitors to Autumn Leaves and every time we visit Sara and Rob are very welcoming. They are excellent hosts and make us feel like old friends.
The b&b was clean and tidy and the breaksfast was delicious. Looking forward to returning to sit in front on the new log burner that is due to be installed soon!

Every aspect of my stay at Autumn Leaves was a delight. Affordable lodgings, well appointed rooms, and the best breakfasts I've had in ages all came together to create a perfect stay in Windermere! Autumn Leaves is centrally located--about a five-ten minute walk to the train station--and completely charming. The best part of the stay, however, was getting to chat with the super friendly and knowledgable owners, who bent over backwards to make their guests feel at home. I can't say enough good things about AL!

Everything about this b&b is quality, from the welcome to the breakfast on departure. Rob and Sara are extremely helpful and accommodating and the room is possibly the cleanest room I've ever stayed in. Rob and Sara are on hand to help with any questions or recommendations and the location is excellent for exploring the area with a nice outlook at the front over looking the park. The breakfast was spot on for setting you up for the day again everything was quality and plentiful. Overall a great place and I highly recommend, can't wait to return.
