We stayed here for two nights. The whole hotel needs to be refurbished. The toilet was not working, there was a strange clunking noise in the plumbing across the whole hotel. The room was clean brown 70s decor no pictures on the wall. Man on desk from Anglesey was very friendly but he worked too many hours. Breakfast was a joke. Being vegetarians it doesn't take much to open a tin of beans, but we were told it wasn't "baked bean day" there was no fruit, the sides were all dirty with milk and juice and when asked for toast martin replied "give me a chance"rudely. The staff were simply overworked while the manager sat around doing nothing at reception. If u are ok with instant coffee and being treated like u don't matter, then stay here. One person smiled at us and that was the nice man who went to school with tom jones. The rest were unfriendly and rude.

I stayed here last week with my 2 kid's, my sister, brother in law and neice, and we all had a fantastic time. Staff were all really friendly and helpful, not only made the adults feel welcome but the kids too. The hotel is a short walk away from the tower ( which my daughter loved, as she could see the top from our room). The hotel was nice and clean both in rooms and public areas. Would definitely stay again
