had a spare weekend so we arrived at the hotel and spent a nice few days in Blackpool.
the room we were allocated was spacious and had two double beds. my brother and his wife were not so lucky they had a double bed and very little room to walk round, the bed seem to take up all the room space (very small room). bathroom we had was a wet room with shower and was not to impressive, could have done with a right good clean.the water from shower leaked into room. not good at all.
we had breakfast only so can not comment on the food.the bar prices are way over the top and does not encourage you to spend time in it. however the staff were nice and made you welcome.

Room Tip: wifi free but signal not strong enough

You would be mad not to stay here, we go to the Rebellion festival every year and this is the place for us. You won't get a warmer welcome anywhere else. Rooms are fab and nice and clean, the staff are amazing and work very hard to make your visit a joy, as for the breakfast....Mrs Julie Barlow does a fab cooked breakfast and it's always nice and hot, if your kind to her she'll even give you an extra sausage! The staff work very hard looking after you and are very good at what they do. book early though as the rooms sell out fast. Can't wait for our next visit...it's like going to visit good friends. See you all soon and thanks for another fantabulous stay!

Room Tip: Room no.52 is fab, but don't try booking it for the Rebellion Festival weekend coz it's mine...

Loved it last year so we came back for more! Again a warm welcome and great staff. Hotel is close to the center and provides everything you need for your stay. Breakfast is delecious and served with a big smile. Recommend it to all, I know if we make it over to Blackpool next year The Beechfield is on top of the list to book a room.

.I have been going to the Rebellion festival for 8 years now, for the first 5 I stayed at a different hotel each time. But 3 years ago I stayed at the Beechfield and now I would not stay anywhere else. The manageress Julie ( Mrs Gary Barlow) is a real gem and she rubs off on her staff nothing is too much trouble. I am sure there are better hotels in Blackpool but you will not find a better hotel for the same money than this one!! Great hotel great staff.

Room Tip: All areas of this large hotel are quiet at night so a good nights sleep is assured. Book early as a...

We stayed in the Beechfield with our 2 year old daughter for 2 nights.
The car park was very full when we arrived (not helped by some thoughtless people parked over 2 spaces although a member of staff was trying to sort this). We were directed towards a space at the front which was perfect for getting our things inside.
The room was very basic with a double and a single bed. We didn't find the beds particularly comfortable - very thin duvet, no head board and the springs were very obvious and quite uncomfortable.
When we arrived the shower room was stinking of smoke and there was a used soap in the shower and 2 cigarette butts floating in the toilet. Not great.
Breakfast on the other hand was lovely with plenty of cereal, orange juice, toast and tea or coffee. The cooked breakfast was lovely too. The staff were very friendly and polite.
We felt this was a very basic, no frills place to stay which is what we were looking for. However, the friendly staff and nice breakfast were not enough to make up for the uncomfortable beds and awful smell of smoke in the room.
I doubt we would return.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone! The room was perfectly clean, tidy and comfy. The breakfast was amazing, it was delicious and the waiting staff were very polite, friendly and helpful to ensure our satisfaction. The price is very reasonable for all the facilities and rooms available. The staff also catered to the needs of my baby daughter and were able to provide a cot for the bedroom, a high chair for breakfast and warming the bottles up. The staff ensured every one of our needs were met and were met to a high standard. All staff were very welcoming, especially Julie. The hotel is also in a great location. My family and I had an amazing time during our stay at this hotel. I ensure to return very soon!

Can't fault this hotel at all, location is good, very spacious lounge/bar area where my 3yo son enjoyed running wild! Rooms were clean and tidy and plenty of room to hang clothes and also lots of drawer space. Very nice outdoor seating which was well used seeing as we were lucky enough to have sum glorious weather :) also the breakfasts are superb!
