This is the worst B&B we have ever stayed in to begin with Sharon seemed a friendly hostess until people complained about having no hot water in the showers, broken beds, dirty bathrooms, unclean bedrooms, allowing people to smoke in the rooms, out of date certification e.g Food Hygiene and generally not living up to the reputation previously posted on this web sit being told if you don't like it leave and to add insult to injury some abbusive 4 letter words and refunds definetly refused (DO NOT PAY UP FRONT). If this was the LAST B&B in the world I would sleep on Blackpool Beach. The bar person (debatable) was very rude ,abrupt and has no customer service skills, I suggest he go and work in an area he has no contact with the outside world.

The service we experienced was overall very poor. On arrival we struggled to find somewhere to park. We were greated by a naked man wearing nothing but a towel who didn't appear to be expecting us. The room was very cramped and we had to change rooms on the second night. The carpet in the room was freyed and covered in bits and the room smealt of cigarrettes. Although the b and b advertised color tvs we were informed that they don't work properly and you have to put a pound in to use it. The toilet didn't flush properly and although we reported the problem it was never resolved. We had no hot water for three days in the shower or the taps. The bed sheets and pillowcases didn't match and the sheets had stains on them. The communal bathroom and toilet were filthy with the permanent residents dirty clothes, razors and cigarette butts all around the room. There was a strong smell of marujana coming from the owners sons bedroom on several occasions. The location wasn't too bad except for the appearance due to the b and b leaving they're rubbish down the alleyway. The other b and b's looked very presentable however this one appeared dirty and dark both from the inside and the outside. The owners children were sat behind the bar at night time and they were only between six and ten. The b and b was close to the beach and shops and restaurants. We were served our breakfast by a man in his socks, when we asked for another pot of tea he said bring your pot here then, and even then he only put more water in it and no new tea bags. The best thing about the b and b was that we left a day early. The worst thing was that the owner refused to pay us back our money for the last night that we didn't stay and would not admit that there were faults with the service we recieved. The owner was clearly unable to deal with complaints about the service because as soon as we complained she said "if you don't like it then pack your stuff and leave". The staff became very agressive and abusive using foul language directly aimed at us. Overall it was a discusting place to stay and i would not reccomend it to anyone.
