Arrived home after a 2 night stay at The Waterford and can't fault anything. Karen and Simon have a beautiful place, they are such a welcoming couple. The b & b has a wonderful modern decor and is located at the north end of the promenade which is ideal if looking for a quieter location. I will definitely return if going to Blackpool again and would certainly recommend to anyone.

Just left the Waterford. All i can say is WOW. From turning up to leaving everything was perfect. The hotel was spotless. Every need carltered for. It looks like a high end refurbishment has just taken place. Simon and Karen have taken great pride in everything done in the hotel. The breakfast was fantastic. Everything is freshly made. High quality ingredients equals high quality output. I can not recommend this place enough. Its far enough out of the silly centre with tram and bus connections into the town if you want that sort of thing. Bisharp i think thats what its called is about 3 miles north but is a nice visit. But back to the hotel. Thanks for a great stay and we hope to visit you again soon. Sarah and Paul x

We stayed here for the weekend. We was greeted by Karen and Simon who own the b&b.
The b&b really surprised us the place had all mod cons, the room, customer service and decor was lovely. We was 20 mins walk away from the city centre. It was in a really quiet location, which was ideal for us as we wasn't disturbed by any of the nightlife. I have stayed in hotels in blackpool that wasn't as nice as this b&b. We was really made to feel welcome during our stay and nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely stay here again and recommend this b&b to friends/family.

Room Tip: Lovely b&b in blackpool

How happy were we when we arrived at the hotel and it was at the quieter end of the promenade, up a little side street. Our room was very tastefully decorated with so many special luxury touches that really illustrated the thought that had gone into the owners passion to go the extra mile for their guests. from fluffy bath robes and slippers, huge bath towels and coffee machine.

The breakfast on both days was excellent. Karen was highly pro active at giving all the information needed for the BLACKPOOL experience depending on your needs.

Both Karen and Simon have a great rapport with people and definately make your stay extra special.

Room Tip: upgrade to the deluxe as the extra is worth it!! ( not that I saw the other rooms, but ours was fab...

We stayed here for two nights and found a warm welcome. The room was beautifully decorated with a large comfy bed and a spacious ensuite with walk in shower. The attention to detail was great, bottled water, emergency kit and bathrobes with slippers. The public areas and rooms were spotlessly clean.
The breakfast was home cooked to order and tasted fantastic. We would definately stay at The Waterford again if we were in Blackpool.

This was my second time staying at the Waterford - the first was two years ago when I was blown away by the quality of the room, decor, furnishings and Simon's divine cooked breakfasts. I really didn't think Simon and Karen could top my last experience - how wrong was I?! This time I stayed from 3-6 January and couldn't believe my room! I was in a newly refurbished double deluxe with a sea view which was kitted out beautifully - complete with chaise lounge, massive bed, flat screen tv and gorgeous lighting. But the bathroom (complete with a huge walk-in shower) was the icing on the cake! It was massive and luxurious - with plush towels, bath robes and slippers (and a gorgeous illuminated make-up mirror!) I've recently embraced veganism and Karen and Simon couldn't have done more to accommodate me - thank you so much. I'll definitely be returning!
