me and my disabled partner got there to be greeted with a nice shot in a glass of energy drink which was very nice :) perfect hosts made us all feel very welcome plus most guests were in the bar drinking together having a laugh i think mainly due to how welcoming the owners are.Yes i could possibly point out a few faults with the room but as i was told they didnt really use the room we stayed in its pointless, plus the overall experience from the awesome mangers and the laughs we had more than made up for these plus the hotel is still being upgraded but i would 100% go back and recommend to any one i know FANTASTIC.

Needed a room on 3rd May, luckily they had a room at short notice, sea view, reasonable price on a bank holiday weekend too. Really hospitable and upbeat management, clean and tidy B&B which we will be visiting again.

I visited the Wembley hotel with my girlf and parents. Overall fantastic for what we paid. 235 for 2 double rooms for 2 nights with breakfast. Met with a lovely welcome drink.

Rooms 9 + 10 - the rooms we had were front facing and had lovely views of the beach. The beds were so comfortable. Rooms were adequate and served its purpose. Room 9 was on the small side but was made aware of this when reservation was made.

Breakfast - lovely and plentiful. Food was hot and plenty of choice. Breakfast only served until 9.30.
Would great if a little later.

Host and staff - very polite and couldn't do enough to please. Hotel has outdoor seating area.

The hosts would keep the bar open for as long as you need. Very attentive.

Brilliant location near the north end of the promenade.

Thank you

kelly and Emma

Stayed here on Saturday 8th Feb with my Dad and Sister, we were greeted at the hotel by Martin who had his own concocted Bella Bombs(i think this is the correct name lol) waiting as an arrival drink which was a really nice touch! This place is a work in progress after hearing the state it was acquired in by Martin and Jackie back in October but am sure when finished will be great. Will hopefully be returning later in the year and would recommend this place to anyone! Thanks very much for your hospitality!

We were completely stumped by choice in Blackpool and chose the sister hotel to this one on it's recent reviews and a recommendation, unfortunately it was fully booked. However Martin informed us of this (his new) hotel and explained that he had recently taken it over and as such there would possibly be a couple of issues (no card machine, some improvement work in progress: no problem at all if forewarned!). Arrived to a great welcome (welcome drinks), a clean room with balcony and a sea view as well as genuine questions as to how the room was. To be asked your opinion as a guest as to if they were doing improvements to our standards was actually a compliment!
We were a little tipsy on our evening return (we found a great wine place) but respectful (I hope as there ware families here as well as youngish couples like us) and Martin allowed a couple of friends to join us in the bar for a nightcap: which was lovely of him.
A great nights sleep in a new bed and lovely linen, listening to the waves ensued and the BEST thing for me was that we we treated to a some leeway with the checkout time to help with too much wine issue from the previous night! Shower and bathroom was perfectly clean, modern and exactly what you require.
Thank you Martin and keep up the good work on the improvements, next season this hotel should be a winner for you! Good luck!

We stayed at the wembley at the same time as the gentleman below mr stewart and I believe that the problem was caused by my 73 year old mother in law who stayed in the room below the family . Am not one to complain but I dont no how martin did not ask these people to leave . There language was awful and directed at children of young age . Calling out names like w***er and k**b it was awful to listen to so we complained to martin about this disgracful behavour . Constantly shouting and using abusive language throughout the whole morning at one spell mother carer aunty god knows shouting get me my knickers you little kn** really aint the best . Anyway we reported them to martin who said he would ask them to be quiet and not use such foul language and it seemed to do the trick . We had a really pleasent stay after that as the family above seemed to stay out .
Good points all of it clean gorg smelling bedding I thinks its lenor . Clean room power shower always hot clean towels and all you had to do is ask and it was done . Must point out that jackie and martin ask and have notices up explaining if you need room service you must ask as not to invade ya privacy we didnt need nothing as both rooms where to our satisfaction 3 toilet rolls shower gel and sanatry sacks if needed . Am pleasently suprised at the standard due to the fact martin and jackie only took over the hotel a few weeks ago .
I wish them all the best and keep up the good work we will definately be back in april as promised
Ps can ya make sure the family in room 6 do not stay again as it brings down the tone of yout wonderful hotel .
All the best to you both and your wonderful children great value and is a family run homely place . Thank you see you soon .
