had a quick trip to blackpool with the mrs and booked online whilst we was there,
very nice boutiqu type hotel
owners very friendly and offer personel touch by showing you round the room and how things work all mod cons remote lights , tv in the bathroom , whirlpool bath
very nice rooms, clean modern bathroom

only issue for us was the excessive heat in the room overnight there is a fan provided in the room but due to the weather and lack of breeze the room was very hot over night but cannot blame the hotel for the weather ut would expect with all the mod cons air con would be an option.....

breakfast cooked to order and pre ordered the night before the breakfast was spot on very nice tasty nice products and hot.

the staff are very friendly and cannot do enough for you we will deffo be staying again
thanks again

Room tip: westayed in room 7 the passion room lol

Stayed here with my husband for the weekend. The hotel was really lovely as were the people that run it. Breakfast was really good. Place is very clean and well designed. The bathroom had a huge jacuzzi bath and tv screen so my husband could watch the football while relaxing. We will definitely be returning next year.

Love this hotel, we came here for my husbands 75th birthday, there was a ballon tied to his chair on the Friday morning and stayed there until we left, it’s close enough to the middle of Blackpool without being in all the noise, every room is different in decoration but so tastefully done. The hotel and each room are very clean, the bed is comfortable and if you need anything you only have to ask. Room 3 and 4 have a big balcony each with sun loungers on side on to the sea, great view. Will definitely be back. Thanks for looking after us.

Stayed for 4 nights at No.1 South Beach Blackpool, and it was the best hotel in the UK that I've been to for a long time. A lovely boutique hotel, modern, immaculate with tasteful decor. A good night's sleep in a King bed and a spotless room. The staff were so friendly and helpful. I had many pleasant chats with my hosts and chef. (Magnificent breakfasts, Mark!).
I would certainly want to stay there again, and recommend it to my friends.
