We had a super time at this hotel, Graham the owner is a very friendly chap who really looked after us during our stay, the bar within the hotel was great and we usually had a couple of pints before we set off for an evening meal. I couldn't fault this place it was extremely clean, warm and cozy. If I were to go back to Blackpool tomorrow I wouldn't book anywhere else....I'm sure I'll be up visiting again sometime soon...if you want a reasonably priced hotel with a lovely breakfast with a big variety then look no further than the Clifton court hotel.

just got back after a 5 day trip, the only thing wrong with this hotel is:- I couldn't find anything wrong. great helpful staff, very clean, and a breakfast that will last most people all day, very clean, tea & coffee in rooms, hair dryer tv with dvd, and in the shower room is liquid soap, shampoo, body wash, even cotton buds. there was a safe in the room, the only thing was no draws, but the day before we come home I found them, (divan bed), car parking, bar, also a sitting room with tea and coffee, there is a small fridge in the rooms with water, there is an ironing board and iron for you to use, would recommend this hotel to anybody, thanks for a great stay.. This is by far the best Guest House / B&B /Small Hotel I have experienced for some time. Rooms were well equipped, the staff were friendly & helpful. Location fantastic. Near to the Pleasure Beach for those visiting there. Just around the corner is the sea front which is also where you will find a stop for the Trams. There was everything you could find for a Continental Breakfast plus a choice for hot. Breakfast is served between certain hours which can sometimes make it a bit busy. There is a bar area that is full of bits & pieces to look at. It reminded me of being in a very small Pub in Cornwall As it was Halloween when we visited The main areas had Halloween decorations all over. Including a giant Pumpkin on the roof outside. Like I said this was an excellent experience . Just to note though The Car park is vey small (as are most small hotels in Blackpool) so it is first come basis. Though you can park nearby. The other thing to note is that the second flight of stairs can be a bit steep if you struggle climbing stairs. GREAT STAY THROUGHTOUT the 2 nights we were there.

10 out of 10 for cleanliness with also a fantastic breakfast to start the day . We had a relaxing short break and will be our first choice of place to stop when my wife and I return to Blackpool, however our room was on the small side but that said the cleanliness , breakfast , facilities downstairs (bar) and (coffee room) and friendly staff make it a relaxing and enjoyable stay with owner Graham very approachable .

Room Tip: We had room 11 which is on the small side but brilliantly clean and adequate for a couple.

Stayed two nights and it ticked all the boxes. Yes rooms are on the small side, having said that he gave me a free upgrade from single to double so it was more than big enough for one but I could see it been seen as smallish for two but what do you want? You only sleep there! Exceptionally clean and good security, you need a key and a code to get in the hotel. As others have said breakfast is great. Perfect for a short stay in Blackpool. 5 minutes from the tram and 10 minute walk to pleasure beach if that's your thing. I'd recommend it and will be back.

This was our first trip to Blackpool and we couldn't have found a better place to stay. The host and hostess were extremely helpful, welcoming and friendly. The whole hotel was clean, comfortable, and homely, we had a family room and it was plenty big enough. Only a two minute walk from the tram stop and the Pleasure Beach. Breakfast was hearty and delicious. We will definitely stay there again.
